How pricing is set

Project pricing is established through an individual quote or client agreement. Recurring service pricing is established through your client agreement.

Project payments

Initial and project payments compensate Lannis for design and development work. Once substantial work has begun, project payments may become non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Canceling ongoing services

• Ongoing services may be canceled according to the cancellation terms agreed with you.
• Any outstanding balances remain payable.
• Hosting and maintenance provided through an ongoing service plan may end after cancellation.
• Domain and website transfer arrangements are governed by your client agreement.

Your agreement

Specific pricing, project scope, and service terms may also be governed by an individual Website Design & Maintenance Agreement between Lannis and the client.
